Abstract:

Making the right of sampling and preparation for analysis represents the most important step in eliminating the factors affecting laboratory analysis and interpretation to them.

Before we get sample, we must consider the factors which may be biological, such as gender, age, pregnancy, and nutrition and exogenous factors, such as: hemolysis, Anticoagulants, drugs, contaminants, infusion solutions-sera.

Therefore, the patient must be prepared in advance before giving a sample for analysis, and the doctor should consider all factors before making the interpretation of results gained and put the diagnosis.

The purpose of this research is to be exposed to respect the criteria of sampling, preparation of its analysis, as well as to the interpretation of the results obtained.

The working method is based on collecting information from patients and doctors associated with laboratory analyzes.

In 178 patients interviewed regarding the provision of samples for analysis, 146 of them were asked only whether they get food in the morning, the rest are not even asked.

75 doctors surveyed about the analysis urea, creatinine, cholesterol, etc., 58 have given numerical response compared with reference values on the scope of application for the required analysis.

From conducted research, the bulk of the sample giving patients do without respecting the majority of the criteria and not prepared in advance. Also most doctors make interpretation of results based on the numerical values of the results, without analyzing other factors affecting the changes in values and connectivity pathological changes as a result of other pathologies.

In conclusion we may conclude that the patient preparation and sampling for analysis, it is at the right level and that should the patient before giving the sample instructed and asked questions about the analysis that will make.

Doctors, analysis gained should make a thorough analysis of all the factors related to the results obtained and then decide on additional tests or make the right diagnosis and treatment.
